Barons Fall to Pitt-Greensburg

GREENSBURG, PA - The Barons soccer team of Franciscan University of Steubenville took on Pitt-Greensburg on October 18, losing 5-1.  With the loss, the Barons fell to 8-8-1 (2-5) on the season.

Tom Allen led the Barons on the night with 3 shots (2 on goal) and a goal.  Andrew Straub assisted on Allen's goal, and Patrick Mahon, Marc Johnston, and Zeph Swope each registered a shot on goal for the Barons.

Scott Sabatasso led Pitt-Greensburg with 2 goals, and Jesse Judge and Justin Grubb had a goal apiece.

The Barons look to rebound in their finale on October 25 at home against Pitt-Bradford.
