Barons Suffer Loss to Medaille

BUFFALO, NY - The Barons soccer team of Franciscan University of Steubenville took on Medaille College on September 20, losing 6-0.  With the loss, the Barons fell to 4-4-1 (0-1) on the season.

Steven Duran led the Barons on the night with 2 shots, while Tom Allen had a shot on goal.  Gary Boughton led Medaille with 1 goal and 3 assists, while teammate Kendall Mcfayden had 3 shots and a goal.  Medaille goalkeeper CJ Stangl had 4 saves and no goals allowed.

The Barons look to rebound on September 24 at home against Mt. Aloysius College.
