BUFFALO, NY - The Franciscan University of Steubenville Barons men's basketball team fell to the Medaille College Mavericks Wednesday 91-61, putting their record at 4-19 (1-15) for the season.

FUS scored 24 points in the first half to the Mavericks 38, with the Mavericks keeping the lead in the second and taking the victory by 30 points. The Mavs beat the Barons by 10 points more than they did earlier in the season.

FUS junior Josh Ducoulombier led the scoring for the Barons with 21 points, followed by Senior Robert Slattery with 13. The Mavericks' lead scorer was Bill Gersitz with 20 points.

The Barons' final game for the season will be on Saturday at the University of Pitt-Greensburg at 3 p.m.
