LATROBE, PA - The Lady Barons of Franciscan University of Steubenville played St. Vincent College on Saturday afternoon, losing 3-0.  With the loss, the Lady Barons dropped to 1-3 on the season.

Rachel Francescon led the Lady Barons with 3 shots on the day.  Jacki Hook also had an impressive performance with 2 shots (both on goal), while Stacey Lancour recorded 2 shots (1 on goal). 

"The game was much closer than the score would indicate," Lady Barons Coach Johann Marin remarked in a post-game interview.  "We had a solid defensive effort, but we were just unable to score.  We've had trouble scoring all season, and that's an area that we'll need to improve upon in order to start winning some games."

The Lady Barons' next contest is scheduled for Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Geneva College.
