STEUBENVILLE, Ohio - The Franciscan University men's basketball team battled until the final buzzer but fell in its season and home opening game to Grove City, 78-57, Saturday afternoon. 

Senior captain Christian Duke led all scorers with 24 points.

The Barons travel to Muskingum next Saturday for a 3:00 pm game.
