STEUBENVILLE, OH -Â The Lady Barons are coming into this game with some confidence as they had their largest win of the season against Pitt.-Bradford on Saturday. Penn State Altoona is coming off a tough loss to D'Youville Saturday, that dropped them to the #5 seed in the AMCC.

All-Time Series Against Penn St. Altoona
- Franciscan is 6-16 all-time against Penn State Altoona, the only AMCC team they have not played yet this season.
- Last season these teams matched up for two drastically different games. In their first meeting the Lady Lions won 74-43. Returners Paige Burk and Alexis Cannistraci led the way with 27 and 15 points respectively, while the Lady Lions outscored the Lady Barons 40-14 in the paint, and the caused Franciscan to turn it over 28 times.
- In their second meeting on Kuzma Court, Franciscan won 77-61, scoring 34 more points then they did in their previous meeting. Five Lady Barons scored in double figures, led by Gaby Dejeus's 15 pts.Â
Scouting Franciscan
- Kaitlyn Sonneberger has been on a roll, as she averaged 20.5 ppg in last week's two contests. She scored a career high 20 against Pitt.-Greensburg, only to be bested with her 21 point performance against Pitt.-Bradford in the victory.
- Abby Baierl found her shooting shooting stroke again on Saturday, as she scored 17 points. In the game she became the leader in made three point field goals in Lady Baron history.
- Estellle Leon is leading the AMCC in rebounding at 10.6 rpg. She notched her 5th double double this season with 15 points and 11 rebounds in Saturday's victory.
Scouting Pitt.-Bradford
- The Lady Lions lead the AMCC in scoring with 76.3 ppg. Their offense has been led by Alexis Cannistraci, her 17.6 ppg is second in the AMCC. She is also 4th in the conference with 8.8 rpg.
- Their veteran back court of Sydney Snyder and Finnley Christine have averaged 13.3 and 13.2 ppg respectively thus far this season to give this Lady Lions offense multiple options on the court at all times.
- The Lady Lions give up the second most points per game in the AMCC at 69.0, while the Lady Barons give up the second least at 58.8.
