STEUBENVILLE, OH - The Lady Barons have official entered must win territory now if they want to make the playoffs. They are three games back with three to play. D'Youville has clinched a playoff spot, but they can improve on their seeding still with a couple wins.

All-Time Series Against D'Youville

• The Lady Barons are 6-15 all-time against the Spartans, with a loss to them earlier this season.
• In Buffalo the Lady Barons lost 43-48. Angela Starre scored more then half of the Lady Barons points, as she went off for 23 points and eight rebounds. She also hit the only two Franciscan three pointers, as they shot 14.3% from deep. Pfeiffer led the way for the Spartans with 18 points, as she was a perfect 7-7 from the free throw line. The game would be tied up at 39-39 with five minutes to play, but the Lady Barons offense went cold as they would only make one field goal the rest of the way.
• The Lady Barons last win against the Spartans came in Buffalo in the 2017-18 season. Franciscan won 65-57. Gaby Dejesus and Raegan Stead each scored 15 points, and Cianna Vaughan recorded a double double of 14 points and 10 rebounds in the victory. 

Scouting Franciscan

• It is senior day for five Lady Barons: Kelsey Scott-Avery, Abby Baierl, Kaitlyn Sonneberger, Rose Judge and Cianna Vaughan. There is still  time to cement their legacy, but they have been a big part of this special season.
• Abby Baierl has been the most consistent scorer all season for the Lady Barons. Her 13.9 ppg is 9th best in the AMCC and she is in the top 20 in rebounding as well.
• Estelle Leon has been making a strong case for Newcomer of the Year all season by averaging 11.7 ppg and 11.1 rpg. She has recorded a double double in each of the last three games for the Lady Barons.

Scouting D'Youville

• Sara Pfeiffer joined this Spartans team at the start of the semester. They were 6-5 when she joined. The Spartans are 8-3 since she joined now, as she is averaging 20.3 ppg .
• Danielle Hore has been the most consistent scorer over the entire season. The AMCC Newcomer of the Year last season has averaged 13.4 ppg and an AMCC 4th best 4.5 apg.
• D'Youville's defense has been strong all season as well. The have the #1 ranked field goal percentage defense and three point field goal percentage defense in the AMCC.
