How It Happened
The Franciscan Softball team dropped a doubleheader to Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) opponent Westminster, falling in game on by a score of 6-0.
Westminster would build an early lead scoring in the second and fourth inning to take control of the game. Franciscan got their best scoring chance in the fourth inning. With two outs in the inning,
Lilly Wahl drew a walk.
Elizabeth Gibson followed with a single to center field, moving Wahl into scoring position. Wahl would eventually steal third base, but the Barons could not plate the run. Wesminter would add two runs in the fifth and sixth inning, pulling away and securing the 6-0 win.

How It Happened
After falling in game one, the Barons reset for game two of the doubleheader.
Westminster would again jump out to an early lead, scoring twice in the third inning to take the lead, but game two starter
Lilly Wahl controlled the Titans offense. Wahl would hold Westminster to two runs on five hits while striking out five.
Franciscan would finally get on the board in the fifth inning.
Mary Roach led off the inning with a single to right center field. After
Emma Barnes reached on a fielders choice,
Ashley Benson capitalized on an error to put runners on first and second.
Jenny Massey would then single to right field, driving in Barnes and cutting the deficit to one. Westminster would shut the door, stopping the Barons for tying the game and holding on for the 2-1 win.
