Sophie LaRose would add four first quarter points with one made field goal and a pair of free throws. Jazz;yn Melnyk would also get on the board in the first half. Grove City was able to turnover Franciscan at a high clip with their steady pressure and turn those extra possessions into points, as they held a 53-10 lead at the half.

Melnyk got the action started in the second half, as she scored on an extended possession, thanks to a Kimberly McDaniels offensive rebound. Lauren Arena, Madison Doan, and Ilena Gonzles would all score their first buckets of the game in the third quarter as well.
