Short Story: The Barons broke several school and meet records while finishing fourth out of 11 teams. Miguel Daez grabbed a pair of golds to lead Franciscan in points.

Highlights for the Barons
- Aidan Flannery would get the day started for the Barons with a T6th finish in the high jump to grab 2.5 team points. He tied his school record with a best jump of 1.80m. Continuing with field events, Alexander Blose shattered his school record to place second in pole vault. He cleared 3.95m to grab eight team points. 

- The first running event of the day was the 3000m. Miguel Daez would lead the way with a new meet record and personal best time of 8:37.83 to earn Franciscan's first gold medal of the day. Also earning points would be David Di Nardo in seventh place with a time of 9:03.23. 

Alexander Blose competed in the 60m hurdles, as he was able to make the finals as the eighth seed. He then broke the school record with a time of 8.88 seconds to place fifth and give the Barons a boost. 

- In the 60m dash prelims, Joseph Rohde would win his heat to make the finals. He then would place eighth to pick up another team point. 

- David Cappello ran in his first event of the day in the mile. He finished with a time of 4:20.58 to place third. That time would be a new personal record, as he beat his previous best time by nearly six seconds. 

- The Barons had a pair of runners reach the podium in the 400m, as Joseph Rohde and Ryan Ozymy had strong showings with both of their time breaking the PAC meet record. Ozymy would placed second with a new school record time of 48.91 seconds, and Joseph Rohde placed right behind him in third with a time of 49.09 seconds. 

- Cappello was not able to improve upon his school record time in the 800m, but he made another trip to the podium, as he placed third with a time of 1:56.48.

- Rohde and Ozymy continued their busy days in the 200m. Rohde would break his own school record with a time of 22.38, and Ozymy was not far behind in eighth with a time of 22.73 seconds

- Miguel Daez grabbed his second gold medal of the day in the 5000m with a time of 15:22.92. That time was also a new personal record for Daez. 

- That would send us to the last two events, the distance medley relay (DMR) and 4x400 meter relay. In the DMR, the team of Nathaniel Tokarsky, Alexander Blose, Conal Delaney, and David Cappello combined to run a time of 11:41.51 to place seventh.

- In the 4x400 meter relay, the team of Aidan Flannery, Ryan Ozymy, Miguel Daez, and David Cappello combined to run a time of 3.27.33 to place second. They would be just five hundredths of a second off the winners from Washington & Jefferson, who would take the team title as well.
