Franciscan 7, Washington & Jefferson 2

The Barons are now 4-1 in PAC play after defeating the W&J Presidents. This win accompanied with St. Vincent losing to Allegheny 0-9 moves the Barons past the Bearcats and one game behind the undefeated Gatros and Wolverines

Doubles
The Barons went 2-1 in doubles play with their usual pairings Travis Mistry and Aidan Palladino at 1's, Benjamin Sabol and Samuel Sabol at 2's, and James Scanlon with Callahan Hecton at 3's. The #1 and #2 pairings defeated their opponents, but the #3's lost.

Singles
Travis Mistry continues his torrent in PAC play taking down his opponent in two sets and only dropping two points. Hecton Callahan at #5 and Benjamin Sabol at #4 had similar outcomes defeating their Presidents' opponents and each dropping only two points. James Scanlon lost a close match losing each set by one point each.

Next Up
Franciscan is set to take on Thiel at home, a match that was already rescheduled from earlier this month. Rain may play a factor again in this one, so stay tuned if the start time or date changes before traveling to Belleview Courts in Steubenville.
