Franciscan 8, Westminster 1

Doubles
     Doubles would be very successful for the Barons. Their best duo so far this season of Aaron Heinlein and Christopher Yvars were first to finish with an 8-0 win at #1 doubles. Aidan Palladino paired with David Bourdelais to win at #2 doubles by a score of 8-3. Samuel Sabol and Callahan Hecton made it a clean sweep with their convincing win at the #3 spot. 

Singles
    Christopher Yvars picked up his first collegiate singles win at #2 singles to kick off singles play with more Franciscan success. His doubles partner, Aaron Heinlein, was next to finish with a convincing win at #1. Aidan Palladino, David Bourdelais, and Callahan Hecton would all follow with straight sets win as well to give the Barons eight team points. John Palladino would play at #6 singles. He won the first set but would drop the next two in a close-fought match.

Next Up
    Franciscan is set to travel again on Tuesday, as they are scheduled to take on Thiel. Rain may be coming through the area, so stay tuned if changes occur. The Barons are 2-0 all-time against the Tomcats as they hope to extend their win streak to three on Tuesday.
