The Latest
- Franciscan battled Grove City on Saturday in Steubenville, but a late second half run led to the Wolverines winning.

- Maria McCallen led all scorers with 17 points, and Jazzlyn Melnyk recorded a double-double with 14 points and 12 rebounds.
 
Scouting the Bison
- Bethany sits in sixth place in the PAC standings with eight games left to play on their schedule. They are coming off a 63-50 win against Waynesburg last Wednesday, as they had the weekend off from competition.

- On December 4th, they beat Franciscan 89-55 earlier this season at Bethany. Maria McCallan led the Barons with 24 points, but the Bison made 13 three-point field goals, including six from Lindsey Garrison to come out on top.

- Garrison leads the Bison in scoring at 14.4 ppg, but she has only scored 8.2 ppg over her last four games. 
 
McCallen Leading the PAC 
- Maria McCallen leads the PAC in field goal percentage at 52.1% and is second in scoring at 19.2 ppg.

- The sophomore has now scored 561 points over her 41 games played. Her average of 13.7 ppg over her career is tied for fourth best all-time with Lacey Huck, the program leader in points. 
 
Melnyk Climbs the Ranks
- Jazzlyn Melnyk climbed to 7th in all-time scoring with 658 points. Madison Doan is one spot above her in sixth with 665 points, as Melnyk looks to pass her with eight or more points against Bethany. Lacey Huck '15 is the all-time leading scorer with 1,344 points over four seasons in Steubenville.

-Melnyk just climbed to third all-time in assists with 198. Lacey Huck '15 sits one spot above her in second with 199 in her career. Monica Dawyot '16 holds the all-time record with 206. 

- At Geneva, she eclipsed 500 rebounds and now sits 3rd all-time in rebounding with 534 rebounds so far. Marian Weber '11 sits in second with 629 rebounds over her four seasons. Lacey Huck '15 holds the all-time record with 853.

- She climbed into third with 147 steals now in her decorated career. Monica Dawyot '16 sits in second with 154, and  Marian Weber '11 holds the all-time record with 161.
