#3 Franciscan 1, #2 Grove City 4

Grove City, Pa. - In a rematch of the 2024 PAC Semifinal, Grove City took down Franciscan to avenge their postseason loss last season. Grove City advances to the PAC Championship at #1 Allegheny on Saturday

Doubles
   At #3, Maggie Gallagher and Elizabeth Swift fell by a score of 6-3. Jordan Beltavski and Colette Park suffered their first loss in doubles as a duo by a score of 6-4 at #2. Right after they finished, Claire Cardie and Kina Ehlers were tied at 5-5, but the match was not completed.

Singles 
    Kina Ehlers got the Barons on the board with a straight-sets win at #2. The Wolverines led 2-1 after defeating Lauren Schoenberger at #6. Jordan Beltavski fell in a close match at #3, and the Wolverines were one point away from advancing to the Championship. Sophia Pastura fell in a three-set thriller at #5 to end the match. Claire Cardie and Colette Park were in their third sets with decent chances at winning, but those did not get finished after the Wolverines picked up the decisive fourth point. 

Next Up
    The Barons will play a handful of matches in their non-traditional spring season. Action will likely begin over spring break down south, and then a handful of matches in the Ohio Valley. That spring schedule will be released at a later date.
