The Latest
- Franciscan last took the court on February 8th against Allegheny at home. the Barons fell to the Gators by a score of 85-61. Maria McCallen led the Barons with 18 points, as Jazzlyn Melnyk became the program leader in assists. 

- They were off from game action on Wednesday, as they look to finish the season strong with three games remaining.
 
Scouting the Titans
- The Titans have lost three straight to be eliminated from playoff contention. On Wednesday, they fell 86-68 to Geneva with Maddie Syka leading them with 23 points off the bench.

- Syka leads the Titans in scoring with 12.5 ppg. She has only started one game this season. Katie Maryo is averaging 10.2 ppg with 61 made three-point field goals, the most by a player in the PAC this season.

- These two teams battled in Steubenville in January. The Titans pulled away late by a score of 75-69. Maria McCallen scored 24 points and pulled in 11 rebounds in that game to lead the Barons.
 
McCallen's Historic Season
- Maria McCallen leads the Barons in scoring with 409 points (18.6 ppg). That is already the second-most scored by a Baron in a season. Coach Iliana Spoelman holds the program record with 469 points scored over 24 games in the 2015-16 season.

- With 624 points now in her career, she has climbed into the Top 10 in career scoring by a Baron.

- She is shooting 51.4% from the floor which is second-best in the PAC this season. That mark would be the third-best all-time by a Baron if the season ended today. Lucia Westrick holds the program record with a 59.8% field-goal percentage in the 2015-16 season.
 
Melnyk Closing in on Another Program Record
- Jazzlyn Melnyk is about to become the sixth Baron to score 700 or more points in a career, as she heads into this matchup with 699 points. She looks to climb up to 5th all-time in scoring, as Raegan Stead '19 is one spot above her with 704 points. Sarah Schriner sits 4th all-time with 793 points Lacey Huck '15 is the all-time leading scorer with 1,344 points over four seasons in Steubenville.

-Melnyk holds the program record for most assists by a Baron with 208, as she passed Monica Dawyot in the home game against Allegheny.

- At Geneva, she eclipsed 500 rebounds and now sits 3rd all-time in rebounding with 565 rebounds so far. Marian Weber '11 sits in second with 629 rebounds over her four seasons. Lacey Huck '15 holds the all-time record with 853.

- During the Allegheny game, she also tied Monica Dawyot '16 to sit in second in steals all-time with 154.  Marian Weber '11 holds the all-time record with 161.
