Claire Cardie, like her doubles partner, pulled through when the team needed it. She won 6-4 in the first set and then rallied to win the second in a tiebreaker to give the Barons the victory as a team.

Lauren Schoenberger battled back after a first set loss to win the second, but then she fell 10-7 in the tiebreaker. Nonetheless, the Barons secured a 4-3 win
