2017: Ran fastest 8K time of the season at the Inter-Regional Rumble (26:59.4) ... finished sixth overall to earn all-conference honors at the AMCC championships (27:26.0) ... finished 123rd at the NCAA Mideast Regional (27:32.1) ... finished 15th overall at the Westminster Fisher Meet to open the season (27:16.6) ... took 100th overall at the National Catholic Invitational (28:19.9/5M)

2016: Ran a career-best in a 4.96 mile race at the Washington & Jefferson XC meet with a time of 29:06.9 and finished sixth ... took eighth overall at the AMCC championship meet with a time of 30:04.0 to earn all-conference honors ... ran a season-best in an 8K at the Inter-Regional Rumble with a time of 27:17.5 ... took fifth overall at the Westminster Fisher Invite with a time of 27:24.4 to open the season ... took fourth overall at the Franciscan home cross country meet (32:31.1) ... finished 204th overall at the NCAA Mideast Regional with a time of 28:13.4 ... took 29th overall at the Bethany Meet with a time of 30:28.1.

2015: Posted career-best in an 8K race with a time of 26:36.7 at the Inter-Regional Rumble and finished 157th overall ... had a career-best in a 5mile race with a time of 28:02.7 at the Carnegie Mellon Cross Country Invitational ... finished 188th overall at the NCAA Mideast Regional with a time of 28:36.8 ... took 26th overall at the Bethany with a time of 29:02.8 ... finished 201st at the National Catholic Cross Country Invitational with a time of 29:17.3.
