Franciscan University Barons Athletics

2024-25: Played in 24 games including 22 starts this season. She played 29.3 minutes per game for the Barons. She scored 7.3 points per game and recorded 5.0 rebounds per game. She had the second most assists for the Barons with 45 and also had 23 steals this season. 

2023-24: Played in all 25 games with 16 starts. She averaged 7.3 points, 2.0 assists, and 4.5 rebounds per game. Her top performance was an 18 point, 10 rebound, and 5 assist game for her second career double double vs Thiel on 1/20/24.

2022-23: Played in 23 games with 1 start for the Barons this season. Gonzales averaged 16 min, 4.4 points, and 2.3 reb per game. She had a season-high 15 points in the loss on the road against Grove City on 11/30/23.

2021-22: Played in 23 games and started in seven; averaging 20.8 minutes for the Lady Barons ... Scored 4.5 ppg and grabbed 2.7 rpg ... Scored a career high of 13 points in a loss to Waynesburg also getting 6 boards on the night.

Personal: Daughter of Carlos and Marisa and sister of Franciscan Women's Basketball Head Coach Coach Iliana Spoelman '16  ... Why Franciscan? "Because it is an amazing school that’s gives me an opportunity to strengthen my relationship with God while also achieving an academically excellence education."  ... In her spare time she enjoys listening to music, photography, and playing Fortnite ... Upon graduation, she hopes to work in sports media ...  Her patron saint is St. Michael.
