2020-21: Ran a season best time of 15:46 at the PAC Championship in the shortened season of all 5K races ... placed in 1st in the season opener at Saint Vincent ... earned a 1st place finish at the PAC Championships to help the Barons win the first PAC title of any sport in Franciscan history.

2019: Overall champion at the AMCC Championship (11/2) meet with a time of 24:42.6 for the third year in a row .... good enough to help the team win the AMCC team title as well ... finished ninth overall at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional (11/16) with a time of 25:00.5 ... finished 46th at the NCAA Championship meet in Louisville, KY with a time of 25:05.5 ... took first overall ath the Fisher Invite with a time of 24:37.4, beating the next closest runner by nearly a minute adn helping the team win the event ... took first overall at the Bethany Invite with a time of 25:57.6 ... Came in 2nd among DIII runners at the All-Ohio meet with a time of 25:26.1, 4th overall including D1 runners ... took a 5th place finish at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble with a time of 24:49.7 in a field of 347 runners.

2018: Overall champion at the AMCC Championship (10/27) meet with a time of 26:02.7 for the second year in a row ... finished sixth overall at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional (11/10) with a time of 26:10.4 to earn a spot at the NCAA DIII National Championship meet ... finished 63rd overall at the national championship meet with a time of 25:20.9 (11/17) ... took first overall at the Franciscan Invite with a time of 26:00.0 (9/22) ... took second overall at the Oberlin College Inter-Regional Rumble with a time of 25:24.4 (10/13) ... set a personal-best in an 8K race with ninth-place finish of 24:34.2 at the All-Ohio Championship (9/29) ... finished 23rd overall with a time of 25:50.5 at the National Catholic Invite (9/14). 

2017: Overall champion at 2017 AMCC championship meet with a time of 26:23.0 (10/28) ... ran fastest 8K time of career with a time of 25:46.3 and a third-place finish at the Westminster Fisher Invite (9/1) ... had second-fastest time of the season at the NCAA Mideast Regional meet with a time of 25:48.3 (19th • 11/11) ... took 24th overall with a time of 26:04.2 at the Inter-Regional Rumble hosted by Oberlin College (10/14) ... took 71st overall at the All-Ohio championship with a time of 26:22.4 (9/29) ... set a career-best time in a 5-mile race with a time of 26:56.8 and finished 58th overall at the National Catholic Invitational hosted by Notre Dame (9/15).

Prior to FUS: 3x track and field state medalist ... cross country state finalist, 3x league track champion, 5x All-County First-team runner ... NYC mission trip ... 3 Steubenville youth conferences ... Kairos retreat.

Personal: Son of Chris & Anita Galligan ... Sister Grace was an All-American Runner here at Franciscan ... Majoring in business management ... Why Franciscan? "The Unique blend of excellent academics with the ability to grow wholly as a man through sport and life." ... Upon graduation he plans to  compete in Professional Track & Field with hopes of qualifying for the Olympic Games and World Championships ... In his spare time he enjoys helping make Franciscan Athletics Great ... His patron saint is St. Sebastian.
