2019:  Set a personal best in the 8k race with a time of 26:22.6 in a 7th place finish at the AMCC Championship ...helping the Barons win an AMCC Championship ... two top 15 place finishes this year.

2018: Set a personal-best in an 8K race with a time of 26:58.2 after taking 62nd overall at the Oberlin College Inter-Regional Rumble (10/13) ... finished eighth overall at the AMCC Championship meet to help the Barons to their second conference title with a time of 27:54.0 (10/27) ... took 121st overall at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional with a time of 28:33.5 (11/10) ... finished sixth overall at the Franciscan Invite with a time of 28:17.0 (9/22) ... was 16th overall at the Bethany Invite with a time of 28:37.0 (9/8).

2017: Ran a career-best time in an 8K at the Inter-Regional Rumble hosted by Oberlin with a time of 27:03.2 (10/14) ... took 10th overall with a time of 27:56.0 at the AMCC championship meet (10/28) ... took 214th overall at the NCAA Mideast Regional with a time if 28:42.7 (11/11) ... took 192nd overall at the All-Ohio Championship with a time of 27:57.6 (9/26) ... took 17th overall at the Westminster Invite with a time of 27:22.6 (9/1) ... ran a career-best time in a 5-mile race at the National Catholic Invitational hosted by Notre Dame with a time of 28:24.3 and finished 103rd (9/15).

2016: Ran a career-best time in 4.96-mile race with a time of 29:07.3 at the Washington & Jefferson meet (9/30) ... had highest-career finish at the AMCC championship with a fifth-place finish and time of 29:20.6 (10/30) ... had an NCAA Mideast Regional personal-best time of 27:17.9 (134th • 11/12) ... finished 136th overall at the Inter-Regional Rumble with a time of 27:06.5 (10/15) ... finished fifth overall at the FUS Cross Country meet with a time of 32:32.5 ... took 167th overall at the National Catholic Cross Country Invitational hosted by Notre Dame with a time of 28:38.8 ... finished 16th overall at the Bison Invite hosted by Bethany College with a time of 29:10.2 (9/10).

Personal: Majoring in philosophy, with a minor in theology ... patron saint is St. Theresa of the Child Jesus ... member of Living Stones household.
