Greve took over as Head Coach of the Men's program in the fall of 2016 and the Women's program in the spring of 2017

He has led the two teams to a combined eight conference championships and was named the Coach of the Year six times since taking the reigns.

In the fall of 2022, the Women's Team made the PAC Championship, but lost to Allegheny. The new PAC school stopped the streak of six straight titles for the women's program. Maria Herrera was named PAC Player of the Year for the second straight season.

The Women's Team made it six straight conference championship victories, as they won the 2021 PAC Championship. Maria Herrera earned PAC Player of the Year Honors, Olivia Colby was named Rookie of the Year, and Greve was named Coach of the Year. In the 2021-22 season, the Men's program had another winning record in route to a trip to the PAC Semifinal.

Greve helped lead the tennis programs into the Presidents' Athletic Conference for the 2020-21 season. Both teams saw instant success. The Lady Barons would win the PAC Championship with a 5-4 win over Washington & Jefferson. In their lone season in the PAC, seven Barons and six Lady Barons earned All-PAC recognition for their outstanding play on the court.

Under Greve's guidance he has had three AMCC Players of the Year, including Madelyn Conrad earning it in 2017 and 2019. Luke Conrad and Estelle Leon have earned AMCC Newcomer of the Year honors. Over his four seasons in the AMCC, 37 singles earned all-conference honors and 18 doubles pairing.

In addition to his coaching duties, Greve was responsible for substantial increases in fundraising for the tennis program. He also initiated a recruiting process to attract additional student-athletes and established the goal of winning the NCAA DIII national championship within 10 years. His recruiting efforts led to the largest and arguably most talented men’s and women’s tennis teams in program history.

Greve received his bachelor of science in business administration with a minor in religious studies from the University of Dayton in 1996. He is currently pursuing his master’s of theology with a concentration in mariology from the University of Dayton/International Marian Research Institute and is expected to receive his degree in the spring of 2022.
