2020-21: Participated in the lone indoor meet at Youngstown State ... ran a 5:58.39 in the mile to earn All-Mideast Region ... placed 6th at the Outdoor PAC Championships in the 800m with a time of 2:30.82.

2019-20: Part of the first relay team podium appearance in a PAC Championship, as the DMR team placed 8th at the Indoor Championship ...  placed 14th in the 400 meter dash at the PAC Indoor Championships.

Prior to FUS: 4 time state qualifier in Track & Filed while in High School.

Personal: Daughter of Mark & Lisa LaFond ... Majoring in Nursing ... Why Franciscan? "I chose Franciscan because faith is actually the priority here." ...
