Tracy comes with a wealth of experience at many levels. After a standout high school career in which she earned All-State Honors in three sports and captured a State Championship in basketball, she went on to play college ball at NCAA Division I University of Maine. Upon graduation, she taught and coached at the high school level before becoming Head Coach at NCAA Division III University of Maine Presque Isle. In 2011, Tracy returned to the University of Maine as Assistant Coach and Director of Basketball Operations. She has also coached and played on several missionary basketball teams traveling throughout the United States, Africa, and South America.

Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Theology from the Pontifical John Paull II Institute at Catholic University and recently served as Director of Coach Ministry at FIERCE Athlete, a Catholic ministry that exists to empower female athletes to thrive in their God-given identity and train, educate, and support coaches of female athletes to help them grow in their relationship with Christ and understand the true nature and purpose of sport.
