The Short Story: The Lady Barons used a dominant offensive performance, led by an Emma Cross hat trick to beat Hilbert 8-0. 

 
How it Happened: 

• Emma Cross scored her first career hat trick with goals coming in the 7th, 36th, and 80th minutes. 

• Glorianne Trippe scored a beauty off of a free kick, kicking the ball over the goalie's outstretched arm and into the back of the net. 

• Kelsey Scott-Avery scored her second goal of the season off a cross from Sarah Cocozza. 

• Cocozza extended her points streak to four games as she turned in a three point performance. 

• Ellie Scanlon scored in the 78th minute of action off of a rebound from a Cocozza shot. 

• Annie Beckman capped off the scoring in the 82nd minute off a feed from Kelsey Scott-Avery and put the ball away to make the score 8-0. 

Inside the Box Score: 

• The Lady Barons' eight goals is the most in a single game since 2011 when they scored 10 against PSU – Beaver.  

• Franciscan dominated in shots 47-1 the most shots the Lady Barons have taken in a game this season.  

• Marita Ostrich was again a brick wall in goal, only needing one save to secure the win.
