How It HappenedÂ
The Franciscan Men's Lacrosse fell in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match up with Washington & Jefferson. This was the Barons first conference game of the season.Â
The Barons got off to a slow start allowing four goals in the first quarter. Trailing 6-0 in the second quarter, Franciscan would finally got on the board. Michael Francis would drive to the goal and power a shot into the back of the net. The Presidents' would score four more goals to close out the quarter, leading 10-1 at the half.
After Washington & Jefferson scored the first three points of the second half, Francis would find an open Michael Araps for his first goal of the game. Later in the quarter, off a defensive stop Francis would again drive past several defenders to score his second goal of the game. The Presidents would add three fourth quarter goals, cruising to the 18-3 victory.Â

Who's Next?Â
Franciscan will return home after Easter break to host Thiel next Saturday April 10th. The Barons suffered a close loss to Thiel earlier this season, 10-12, at Thiel in a non-conference matchup. This matchup will be a PAC conference game, as the Barons look to avenge the loss at Thiel.
