Short Story: Three Barons finish in the Top 10, but not enough as Saint Vincent wins second PAC meet of the season.

Race Highlights
A trio of Franciscan runners placed in the top 10, as they earn a second place finish in their second PAC event of the season. Mark Borek led the way for the Barons, as he ran a 16:21 to place third. Transfer George Kaftan continued his strong start to his Franciscan career with a 5th place finish with a time of 16:32. Austen Duggan had a strong showing in his season debut as he placed 10th. 

Saint Vincent had four runners place in the top ten and six runners in the top 15, as they would cruise to their second PAC meet title in as many meets this season. Freshman Tim Patterson, last week's PAC Newcomer of the Week, continued the strong start to his career with a 1st place finish this week with a time of 16:05.Reigning PAC Runner of the Week, Liam Galligan, did not compete for the Barons this week.

Up Next
Franciscan will have nearly two weeks to tweak and finalize preparations for the PAC Championships. Bethany is the host of this year's PAC Championships so they will make the short trip back there on Saturday March 20th. The Men's Cross Country team is competing in their first PAC Championship, but have a streak of back to back Championships from the AMCC days that they are trying to extend.
