Doubles
 Â
Zoey Stapleton and
Haley Davinsizer finished their doubles match first picking up one point in their loss to Springfield #2 pairing.
Caroline Picard and
Laina Anderson were competitive in their match, but fell short by a couple points and lost their #3 doubles match. The #1 doubles match was unable to finish.
Maria Herrera and
Olivia Colby looked like they are finding championship chemistry. Springfield is a highly talented team, that the Barons struggled against in singles play. At the conclusion of the match Herrera and Colby were tied 4-4. A great outlook as the ladies prepare for the NCAA championships.Â
The match concluded with a win for Springfield even though a doubles match was unfinished. At that time Springfield had 7 team points and already clinched the win.
Who's Next?Â
