How It Happened 
The Franciscan Men's Lacrosse team traveled to Grove City on Saturday afternoon for a PAC Conference matchup. The top-rated Wolverines would control the pace of this one, as they would take a 20-0 lead into the second half. Gavin Cook and Samuel Marshall would score a goal a piece in the second half, as Franciscan would battle tough until the end. 

Inside the Numbers 
- Gavin Cook and Samuel Marshall scored one goal.
- Jack Nelson had one assist.
- Sam Smith and Richard Vale II each caused two turnovers. 
- Richard Vale II had seven saves and six ground balls.

Who's Next? 
Franciscan is slated for their final home game of the season on Wednesday against Westminster. The Titans are holding on to one of the four playoff spots at the moment, but a Barons win could spoil their postseason plans. It is the last scheduled game at Trinity Health System Field for the semester, please come out and support if you able to do so. 

Baron Summer Camps
Franciscan University Athletics is partnering with Steubenville Conferences to offer summer sports camps in conjunction with the Steubenville Main Campus 1 (June 9-12th, 2022) and 3 (June 23-26th, 2022). Youth Conferences. Participants will be able to strengthen both their athletic skills and their relationship with Christ in this uniquely Franciscan hybrid experience.
