Singles
 Â
Travis Mistry picked up his first win of the 2022-23 season in his #1 singles match against Matt McGee. After winning the first set in a tiebreak, Mistry dropped the second set. The third set was a back and forth battle that Mistry would pull through with an 11-9 win to give Franciscan their first match win of the day. The Barons would fall in the other five singles matches in straight sets. Freshman
Jeremiah Greve made his collegiate singles debut at #6 singles.Â

Franciscan 7, Washington & Jefferson 2
Doubles
Franciscan had picked up a pair of doubles victories to get this second match off to a much better start than the one against the Yellow Jackets. Bejamin and
Samuel Sabol paired up for the first time in their collegiate careers to win the #1 doubles match. At #2 doubles
Leo Morella and
Aidan Palladino had a dominant 8-1 win. The Presidents would pick up their first point with a win at #3 doubles. David Bouldelais made his collegiate debut for Franciscan, as he paired up with
Jeremiah Greve in the third doubles pairing.Â
Singles
Franciscan was once again led by
Travis Mistry. This match would not go as long, as he would win the #1 singles match in straight sets. The Sabol brothers each would take home their first collegiate singles wins, as Samuel won at #2 singles and Benjamin won at #4 singles.
Aidan Palladino won in straight sets at #2 singles, and
Callahan Hecton picked up the win for the Barons at #5 singles.
Spencer Grynwajc made his collegiate debut at #6 singles, but fell in a three set battle.
