Box Score SAINT LOUIS - Three Barons, Aidan Palladino, Leo Morella, and Travis Mistry, make the trip to Washington University in Saint Louis to compete in the ITA Division III Men's Central Region Championships.

Doubles
     Franciscan had the doubles pairing of Travis Mistry and Aidan Palladino playing in the main draw which started bright and early on Friday morning. They squared off against a pair from Hanover College, Mario Bravo and Nicolas Zumba. The Barons would fall by a score of 8-4, which would then send them into the consolation bracket. In the consolation round, they would fall by the same score to the duo from Ohio Wesleyan. 

Singles
    Franciscan had one player in the main ITA draw on the singles side. On Friday shortly after the completion of the doubles match, Travis Mistry would play Nicolas Zumba in the round of 64. Mistry would fair better in singles play, as he defeated Zumba by a score of 6-4, 4-6, 6-3. That would lead to a second round matchup against Abhi Ramireddy from host Washington University. Mistry would battle, but fall in straight sets. In the Blue bracket Leo Morella would have to wait until Saturday to play with his Friday afternoon match rained out. Early Saturday, he faced Jake McDivitt from Otterbein. He would fall in straight set by a score of 6-1, 6-0 to their #2 player. Morella would then get one consolation match, and he fell to Elijah Pierce of Hendrix by a score of 8-0.

Franciscan Men's Tennis does not have any matches on the schedule till they pick up next spring. They will have several non-conference matches before PAC play begins late March through April.
