The all-conference swimming and diving teams are determined by a formula-based selection process using student-athletes' individual and relay finishes at the league's annual championships. 19 student-athletes earned a spot on the All-PAC First Team. 18 were named to the All-PAC Second Team while three were named All-PAC Honorable Mention.

Katarina Antonov (Fr. Ocala, Fla. / Vanguard) led the way by being named PAC Newcomer of the Year and First Team All-PAC. She is the first Franciscan swimmer to earn this honor in the PAC. Maria Giuliani, now an Assistant Swimming Coach for Franciscan, was named Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Newcomer of the Year for the 2011-12 season. Antonov transferred into Franciscan for the start of the 2023 spring semester, and it did not take long for her to have an impact on the program. With just two meets and a little over a month of practice she broke three individual records and was apart of three relay records broken at the PAC Championships last week.

Over the four day event, she swam in three individual events and four relays to contribute 158 of Franciscan's 307 team points. She brought home a gold medal in the 1650 freestyle, as she broke the school record while beating the field by thirteen seconds, all while swimming out of lane eight. Antonov was the first Baron to stand a top the podium at a conference championship since Emily Reuwer won the 200 butterfly and 100 backstroke at the 2019 AMCC Championships. Antonov's other trip to the podium was in the 500 freestyle were she broke the school record in the prelims and followed it up with a second place finish in the finals.

The conference also released their All-Sportsmanship Team for the 2022-23 season. For the first-time in her career, Olivia Mete received the votes of her teammates in earning this recognition.
