Doubles
   At #1 doubles, the freshman duo of
Christopher Yvars and
Aaron Heinlein earned their first win of their collegiate careers by a score of 8-6. At the #2 spot,
Jeremiah Greve and
Owen Strandburg teamed up for the first time this season. They fell 8-4. The #3 match would be even closer.
Matthew Suess and
David Bourdelais dropped by a score of 8-6 in a back and forth battle.Â
Singles
  The same six players that played doubles would play singles.
Aaron Heinlein would go 2-0 on the day, as he picked up his first collegiate singles win at the #2 spot. He would win 6-2, 4-6, 6-4 in a three set battle. Stranburg battled hard at #4, by scoring five points in the opening match, but he would fall in straight sets. The other four matches would end in straight sets, as the Barons would fall in this non-conference matchup, but they will see the Presidents once again in the spring during conference play.Â
Next Up
  Franciscan will pickup their traditional season in the spring semester. Practice will pick up indoors in January with matches beginning in February. An official schedule is set to be released at a later date.Â
