Franciscan 1, Allegheny 8
    The Barons lost 1-8 which seems lop-sided, but if you were there watching it felt like the match was a split-hair decision. There were multiple tie break and third sets, but the cards fell the wrong way for the Barons yesterday.
Callahan Hecton was the only Baron to pull out a match win in the #5 Singles spot.

  Franciscan will have a busy Saturday, as they will play a pair of PAC contests. First, they will take on Grove City at 11:00 a.m. at their place. Then they will travel a little further north to Thiel for a 5:30 p.m. matchup with the Tomcats. That will conclude the regular season for the Barons. The PAC Tournament will begin on Tuesday April 23rd with the quarterfinals. The #3 and #4 seed in the PAC will host those matchups with the #1 and #2 seeds earning byes until the semifinals on Thursday.Â
