Race Highlights
Franciscan made the trip to Oberlin on Saturday morning to compete in an important meet across the Great Lakes Region. This was also the final race before the PAC Championship, and several PAC schools were in attendance. 

Seamus Sommers posted a new PR with a 39th-place finish to lead the Barons. Not far behind Sommers was Maxwell Bruns in 61st. Luke Hurley posted a season-best time to place 70th. Rounding out the top five for Franciscan were Daniel Wilson and John Luke Rivers. 

The Barons placed 17th with a score of 449. Geneva placed ninth, and Grove City landed in 10th. Franciscan was able to defeat Saint Vincent, Washington & Jefferson, and Westminster. Case Western won the team title with a score of 84.

Up Next
Franciscan will now have two weeks to prepare for the PAC Championship, which will be held on November 1st. It will be held on the campus of Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Franciscan looks to defend the title from last season and win their eighth conference championship in program history.
