The Latest
- The Barons begin the 2025-26 season with a pair of games in New York over opening weekend.
- The Barons were picked to finish 6th in the PAC South via the PAC Coaches' Poll.
- Maria McCallen returns after earning All-PAC Honorable Mention recognition as a sophomore.

Scouting the Roos
- Last season SUNY Canton held a 16-11 record, including a 10-8 mark in their conference.
- Head Coach Chris Klassen returns 11 players from last season, including three double-digit scorers.
- Sierra Pabo led the way at 12.6 ppg while filling the box score each night in route to a Second Team All-conference season.

Scouting the Broncos
- Last season, they held a record of 0-23, as they are in search of their first win since beating Wells in December of 2023.
- They return their leading scorer from last season in Kapriece Sigler. She scored 11.7 ppg, as the Broncos scored 38.3 ppg over last season.

Melnyk Closing in on Another Program Record 
- Jazzlyn Melnyk returns for a fifth season in Steuenville, after playing and starting in 73 games over her three seasons of competition.
- She enters the 2025-26 season 5th all-time in scoring, as she has scored 718 points. Sarah Schriner sits 4th all-time with 793 points.
-Melnyk holds the program record for most assists by a Baron with 213. She looks to earn a second program record in the near future. With 160 steals, she is one behind  Marian Weber '11, who holds the program record with 161.
- Her 604 rebounds are the third most in program history. She is nearing Marian Weber, who sits in second with 629. Lacey Huck holds the record at 853 over her collegiate career.
 
McCallen Milestones
- Maria McCallen led the Barons in scoring at 18.0 ppg last season
- Her 451 points last season are the second most by a Baron all-time. Her 666 points are the 7th most scored by a Baron in program history. 
- She made 95 free throws last season, while taking a program record 165. 
- Her 318 rebounds over two seasons are the 12th most in program history.

Reedy Climbing the Ranks
- Caroline Reedy enters her senior season with 528 points scored in her Franciscan career. That sits her 14th on the all-time rankings.
- Angela Starre sits 13th in all-time scoring at 554 points, and Kaitlyn Sonneberger is 12th at 556 points.
- She is also among the Top 20 all-time in program history in rebounding, assists, and steals as she has been a major contributor in all areas.
