How It HappenedÂ
Franciscan Women's Basketball made the trip to Chatham on Wednesday, as the game was moved up 30 minutes due to an incoming ice storm later that night. The home team had the advantage early, as the Barons came out cold from the floor. They had 16 first-half points, as the Cougars led 48-16 at the half. Franciscan's shooting improved in the third quarter, but the Cougars offense could not be contained. Four Chatham players scored in double-figures as they won 98-36.
