Hilton Head Island, S.C. -Â Today's match was bumped back to a 5:00 p.m. start, but it was worth the wait, as the Barons picked up the win in their final match in South Carolina
Doubles
   The Barons swept doubles to pick up the early 1-0 lead.
Aaron Heinlein and
Christopher Yvars were the first to finish with a 6-2 win at #2. Then
Aidan Palladino and
David Bourdelais took care of business at #1 doubles, and
Jeremiah Greve and
Joel Capelli made it a clean sweep with their work at #3.
Singles
   Heinlein kept up his success this spring, as he won 6-1, 6-1 at #2 singles. His doubles partner,
Christopher Yvars, finished next with a 6-1, 6-3 win at #4.
Michael Nolan gave the Barons the fourth point and game winner with his straight-sets win at the #5 spot.
David Drejza and David Bordelais secured wins as well at #6 and #3 to give the Barons a 6-1 win. With the win, the Barons improved to .500 at 3-3, as they head back to the Ohio Valley.
Next Up
  Franciscan will remain busy, as they return home to take on Ashland on Tuesday in Steubenville. The Barons are 0-3 all-time against this NCAA Division II foe, but they should give them a good test, as they did with West Liberty before that match was suspended.Â
