Boardman, Ohio - Franciscan Women's Golf concluded their 2024-25 season with their second-best team score of the season, as it came in the final round of the PAC Championship Tournament. The Barons placed sixth out of the nine competing teams in the Tournament that spans both semesters with two rounds in the fall and spring respectively.

How it Happened
Brooke Biagi cut 17 shots off her round from Friday, as she shot a 96 to lead the Barons. She made par on the second hardest hole on the course, #15, a long par five to close out the round strong with a 47 on the back nine. This was also the lowest round of the season for the junior.

In her third collegiate round at Mill Creek - North Course, Catherine Ehresman shot her best round yet on the Donald Ross design. She carded a 98. She parred both par 3s on the front, and then she birdied #11 and #17 on the back nine. She was a couple of big numbers away from a very low round, but the resiliency from the freshman was on full display.

Lauren David improved upon her season-best round from yesterday with a 100 on Saturday. She had seven bogeys on the front nine, but a couple of large numbers on the back nine prevented the sub-100 round.

The fourth score for the Barons came from Rediet Husing. She scored a 108 in just her second collegiate match. She made par on #8, and she made six bogeys in an up-and-down round. Chloe Puhl carded a 118. She shot a 55 on the opening nine but ran into some trouble on the back nine.

Westminster won the team title after four rounds by 15 shots over Washington & Jefferson. The sixth-place finish for the Barons is their best at this event in their program's existence.

This concludes the 2024-25 season for Franciscan Women's Golf. They will start back up in early September, as their official schedule for the fall season will be released at a later date.
