The Latest
- The Barons opened up the 2026 season at Grove City on Tuesday.
- The Wolverines are receiving votes in the National Top 25 poll, and beat the Barons by a score of 31-8.
- Ayden Burke and Joseph James scored three goals apiece for the Barons.

Scouting the Panthers
-  In 2025, the Panthers held an 11-4 record. 
- Their season ended with a loss to Transylvania in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Finals.
- Seven Panthers were named All-Conference, with four of them returning for 2026.
- The Panthers open up 2026 with five consecutive road games. They fell to Wabash by a score of 14-4 in their first game of the season. 

Between the Pipes
- John Kirk had quite the test in his debut. 
- He recorded 23 saves in three quarters of play, tied for the fifth-most by a Baron all-time and the most by a true freshman in program history.
- The freshman will be an exciting player to watch the rest of the way

The All-American
-  Joseph James earned All-American honors as a freshman, and he was named a preseason All-American prior to the 2025 season.
- He has accumulated 196 points so far. That is the second most in program history. Jonas McCaig '18 holds the program record with 217. 
- He has 131 goals, third most in program history, in just 29 games played. Dan McCartney '19 is second with 133 goals. McCaig holds the program record with 142.
- James is also second in program history with 65 assists. McCaig holds the record with 75 over his four-year career. 

New Faces 
- Returning players took all of the shots for the Baron in their home opener. 
- Pio Kirk and JT Sebestyen recorded their first collegiate points with one assist apiece.
- Wyatt Balger had five ground balls and one caused turnover
