The Latest

- After 12 games this season, Franciscan has an overall record of 7-5.

- Last Wednesday at its first conference game, the Barons had a strong win against the Washington and Jefferson Presidents by a score of 3-0. This win moved Franciscan up to first place in the conference.

- Overall, the Barons have a total of 465 kills as well as 68 aces, compared to its opponents' 417 and 49, respectively.

Quick Look at the Quakers

- With 11 games behind them, the Quakers have won eight and lost three. Last Tuesday, it fell against Hanover College by a score of 3-0. 

- In comparison to its overall record of 4-23 at the end of the last season, Wilmington is starting off strong in 2026.

- Overall, the Quakers have 394 kills as well as 91 aces, compared to its opponents' 307 and 61, respectively.

- This season, Mackenzie Simpson leads by scoring 93.5 points and completing 82 kills for the team. Her teammates Aubrey Clark and Mia Spence lead by each completing more than 20 service aces.

Rising Through the Ranks

- While Logan Hickey and Sarah Clyde stay consistent leading in kills and blocks these past couple of seasons, Caroline Linklater and Kaitlan Hickey have led in assists and digs this year.

- Speaking of digs, Kaitlan Hickey became the sixth Baron in program history to reach 1000 digs when she did so on Wednesday.

- This game will be taking place on Franciscan's Homecoming. Be ready to cheer on the Barons for our special day!

- The latest and only matchup between Franciscan and Wilmington was in 2011. The Barons won by a score of 3-0.
