2020-21: On Day one of the Championship, she would place 8th in her first event, the 200 yard IM. She swam it at a 2:20.15 with a sub thirty second first 50 meters. Two events later, Farabaugh would the opening leg of the 200 yard medley relay, to help the team place sixth. Farabaugh and her teammates would then compete in the next event, the 200 yard freestyle relay. The Lady Barons would place sixth, as Farabaugh would be third off the blocks for the Lady Barons. She would swim her fifty meters in 26.80 seconds in this relay. Colleen would then have her strongest individual finish in the 400 yard IM. She placed 6th with a time 4:57.59 which was just a few seconds away from her school record that she set last season. The Lady Barons would then place 4th, their best relay finish, in the 400 yard medley relay. Farabaugh swam the anchor leg to finish with a time of 4:33.38. The Franciscan "A" relay team would follow that up with a very strong 5th place finish in the 800 yard freestyle relay. Colleen would the first Franciscan swimmer in the water and help them swim a time of 8:56.52. In Farabaugh's last event the daunting 1650 yard freestyle, she placed 9th. It was her first time swimming that length in competition in the shortened season, but she was able to swim it in 19:17.23.

2019-20: Farabaugh made the most trips to the podium of any Lady Baron and the lone medal at the new Allegheny Empire Championships ...  On Day 1 she placed 6th in the 500 yard freestyle and broke her existing SCHOOL RECORD, earning her second team All-AMCC ...  in the last event of the night the 200 Medley Relay team earned a 6th place finish overall. Colleen FarabaughKatie CunninghamMaris Bey and Evelyn Nick combined to swim a 2:00.87 ... On Day 2 of the Championships In the first event of the night, 200 free relay, the Lady Barons placed 6th. Evelyn NickKatie CunninghamMaris Bey and Colleen Farabaugh combined to swim a 1:46.91, A NEW SCHOOL RECORD ... she followed that up later that night by breaking her own school record in the 400 IM and earning the Lady Barons first medal, a bronze ... on Day 4 she took her last trip to the podium, breaking her own school record in the 1650 freestyle and earning 7th place.

2018-2019: Finished second in the 200-yard free (2:07.09) and 500-yard free (5:41.47) versus Chatham (11/2)... finished first in the 1000-yard free (11:51.65) and 500-yard free (5:45.08) against Penn St.-Altoona (11/3)... finished first in the 1000-yard free (11:55.20) and 500-yard free (5:38.93) versus Ursuline (12/1)... finished second in the 1000-yard free (11:43.27) and first in the 500-yard free (5:41.31) against Cabrini and Bethany (12/8)... set a school record and finished first in the 1000-yard free (11:40.50) and finished second in the 200-yard backstroke (2:23.92) versus Alfred State (1/16)... set school records in both the 1500-meter free (19:53.29) and 400-meter free (5:06.83) versus Hiram and Washington & Jefferson (1/24)... finished second in the 500-yard free (5:44.76) versus Bradford and Baldwin Wallace (1/27)... set school records in both the 800-meter free (10:42.52) and 50-meter breaststroke (39.44) against Hiram (2/2)... set personal records in the 500-yard free (5:26.00) and 200-yard free (2:01.38) and set a school record in the 1650-yard free (18:51.04) at the AMCC Championships (2/16).
