Personal:
Son of Bernadette and Michael Saarinen, the finance major's favorite hobby is surfing. He is the younger brother of alumni Mary Saarinen who graduated in 2023. Upon his graduation he plan to work in private wealth management. He chose Franciscan for the academic and spiritual growth opportunity. In 2022 he qualified for the Speedo Sectionals hosted by Virginia Tech. His patron saint is Saint Pope JP II
