2022: He appeared in 24 games this season starting in 15, and made 2 relief pitching appearances. He batted .130 with 9 runs, 7 hits, and 4 RBI's on 54 at bats.
2021: He
played and started in 34 games this season for the Barons. He didn't waste any time proving himself at the plate this season, as he batted .556 through the first 16 games this season. He ended the year with the second best average on the team at .381. He held a team best .415 batting average with two outs. He collected 45 hits, including six doubles and a triple. The sophomore scored 30 runs and drove in 27 this season. Ferrance led the team with 22 walks, and he held the second best on base percentage at .486. The outfielder held a .952 fielding percentage with only three miscues, while playing either corner outfield position. Ferrance drove in a season high four runs and scored four runs in the opening game against Westminster. He had a season high four hits against Thiel.
2020: Played in all 11 games while making 10 starts for the Barons ... batted .241 as he collected seven hits, two being doubles ... drove in six runs while scoring four more ... stole one base in his lone attempt ... appeared in one game as a pitcher ... giving up 2 runs, one being earned without recording an out ... walked two batters and had one wild pitch.
Personal: Son of Scott and Monica, Kyle chose Franciscan for its faith environment while also pursuing a strong education and athletics. After graduation he wants to continue to pursue baseball as well entrepreneurial business opportunities. His patron Saint is St. Michael.
Prior to FUS: Varsity letter earner in baseball, and football for three years.
