How it Happened
  • The Barons came out firing, making four of their first five shots. Sean Hickey hit his first jumper, and Joe Vernau hit his first two shots including a nice fade away. Justin Mack hit a three with 15:37 to play to give the Barons a 11-8 lead heading into the first media timeout.

Dalton Davis and John Noce would add a bucket each, but the Red Flash offense was too dominant as they would stretch the lead up to 47 points at 93-46 with 8:31 left.
  • The Barons would play the Red Flash pretty even down the stretch. Matt Trent added another three, his second of the year and game. Andrew Salasek and Danny Zuchak added late buckets, and Nick Mersch scored the last four points of the night with a jumper and a layup.
