Travis Lien and John Noce would make a pair of layups to give the Barons a 12-9 edge with 13:56 to play. A 9-0 Redhawks run would give La Roche a lead as Desmond Ross hit a pair of threes and Travis Frederick added one from deep as well. The Barons would cut it to one point at 22-23 with 7:01 to play in the half, but the Redhawks would answer once again with an 11-0 run would give them a commanding lead with two minutes to play. The Redhawks would take an eleven point lead into the break.
  • Lien made a three early on in the second half to cut the lead to 10 points, but the Redhawks would jump to a commanding lead. Ross and Frederick would each make a three pointer, as the lead would be stretched to 19 points with 16:48 to play. The Redhawks would get the lead up to 20 points before the Barons went on a 10-0 run and take some momentum back as they would trail by ten with 10:16 to play. Darrell Barron and Austin Hannes ruined the momentum as they connected on a three pointer each to take the commanding lead once more. The Barons managed to cut the lead to six points with a little more then three minutes to play, but La Roche answered for the final time, as Joe Pipilo would connected on three pointers on back to back possessions to take a commanding lead.
