Greenville, Pa. - The Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) announced their Women's Soccer Weekly Awards today, and Franciscan sophomore,
Tania Davidson (Gilbert, Ariz. / Arete Preparatory Academy) earned Offensive Player of the Week honors for her performance last week.
Davidson scored twice in last Monday's 5-0 victory over Hiram. It marked the Barons' first-ever win against the Terriers. She also netted a pair of goals in Wednesday's 3-0 victory over La Roche. Davidson finished Franciscan's 2-1 week with eight points on four goals. She is tied for second in the PAC with seven goals and ranks third in points with 14.
This is the her second PAC weekly honor of her career. The Women's Soccer team begins PAC play on Wednesday at Waynesburg. Davidson and the Barons hope to get off to a hot start in conference play after holding a winning record through a tough non-conference slate.
