How It Happened 
    The were short-handed in their trip to New Wilmington. Aidan Hickey had another explosive game stepping up to fill the 50 minute and 30 point void the Barons were missing. Hickey scored 18 points off 5-13 shooting and 3-6 from 3pt. He was asked to play almost 30 minutes to give the struggling offense some juice while also always guarding the best player on the floor. However, poor shooting and first half turnovers put the Barons in a hole that they couldn't get out of. 

Inside the Numbers 
-The Barons had 13 first half turnovers
-The Barons forced 17 turnovers, but added only 10 points off the turnovers
-Aidan Hickey lead all scorers with 18 points
-Derrick Derrow scored a career high 11 points in his first start

Up Next 
    Franciscan will continue PAC play at Saint Vincent on Wednesday night. The Barons are looking to level the season series with the Bearcats, as they got the better of the Barons in November. In that 72-91 loss, Travis Lien led the way with 16 points, but Jaden Gales of Saint Vincent led all scorers with 26 to propel them to victory.
