How It Happened
Day 2 in Myrtle Beach started without a hitch, and the Barons saw a small uptick in their defense and offense. Six different Barons registered a hit. Spreading hits across the lineup is a great start to begin seeing some runs. The defense, though still struggling with errors, held their opponent to 12 hits which is a small improvement from yesterday's games.

How It Happened
In game 2 the defense continued improving, but runs continue to come at a premium for the Barons. 5 errors is high for a defense to be improving, but allowing only 9 hits, and other than a nightmare 1st inning, played a tight defensive game for 6 innings.

-Elizabeth Maxwell was 2 for 3
-Emma Clow was 1 for 3

In the Circle
-Starter Carissa Cedillo pitched 6 innings, allowed 9 hits and 4 ER, and had 1 strikeout
