How It HappenedÂ
Franciscan Men's Lacrosse took the trip to Pittsburgh on Saturday afternoon to take on the Chatham Cougars in a PAC conference matchup. The Cougars jumped out to a 5-0 lead after six minutes of play, but the Barons would respond. They scored three unanswered, including a pair from Samuel Marshall to close out the opening quarter. Unfortunately, the Cougars would answer with six unanswered, as they held Franciscan scoreless for over 40 minutes of game time. Dominic Scordino and Gavin Cook would score goals in the final minutes, but the Cougars would take the win 12-5.Â
