Leading into the closing weekend the Barons had a sniff at finishing the regular season in fourth place. They needed St. Vincent to lose to Geneva and they needed to beat Grove City for the first time since May of 2018. Unfortunately, neither of those needs played out
Travis Mistry was the lone point for the Barons today. He defeated the Wolverines' Talko in Singles play. He finishes conference play 7-1 at the #1 Singles hitter for the Barons. His sole defeat was to Allegheny's Hedlund who is undefeated in Singles play this year.

Franciscan will now head into the PAC Championship Tournament as they are the fourth seeded team. That means they will host Geneva on Tuesday at Belleview Courts at 3 p.m.
